Official Rules: Fillmore Town Theatre Singing Contest
The Fillmore Town Theatre is proud to host a Singing Contest open to solo vocalists of all skill levels. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned performer, this is your moment to shine!
Key Dates:
Video Audition Submission Deadline: June 14
Live Contest Event: June 21 at 6 PM at the Fillmore Town Theatre
Age Groups
The contest will be divided into two age categories:
Youth Division: Ages 17 and under
Adult Division: Ages 18 and over
Audition Submission Rules

Prizes (Per Age Group)
1st Place: \$150
2nd Place: \$100
3rd Place: \$75
Live Contest Details
Finalists will be notified via email and invited to perform live on June 21 at the Fillmore Town Theatre, starting at 6:00 PM.
Final performances will be judged live by a panel of professional singers from the music industry.
Additional Guidelines
- One entry per person.
- Performance should be no longer than **3 minutes**.
- Any genre of music is welcome.
- Song lyrics must be family-friendly.
- If you are 17 or under, parents or legal guardian must sign a permission slip
Don’t Forget:
- MAKE SURE TO PUT YOUR NAME IN THE FILE TITLE SO WE KNOW WHO IS IN THE VIDEO
- Only singers may enter — no bands (sorry!)
- Performers may sing a cappella, with **a backing track, or accompany themselves on a single instrument.
- Make sure your audio is clear. Visual quality is not important, but poor sound may affect your chances.
- Deadline to submit: June 14 at 11:59 PM
