Fillmore Town Theatre 110th anniversary celebration poster featuring historic and modern photos of the theatre. The free event is October 3 at 6 p.m. and includes magic, food, music, trivia, history, and recognition of donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
Opened on October 2, 1916, the Fillmore Town Theatre has been on a roller coaster of owners, earthquakes and closures – but it’s still here 110 years later!
 
To celebrate that victory, we’re hosting an evening of fun, frivolity, and even education on October 3rd, 6 pm at the theatre! And admission is FREE!
 
We will be honoring our donors, sponsors, and volunteers! We will also be hearing from Fillmore’s own Pat Askren, Paul G. Neuman and many others as they tell the story of staving off demolition of the theatre following the devastating 1994 Northridge Earthquake.
 
With food by R+Q Kitchen, beer by Red Engine Brewing, magic by White Rabbit Magic Shop and DJ’ing by Danny Ibarra, you’ll enjoy this celebration of our 110 year anniversary!
 
Special commemorative items will also be available, including T-shirts featuring artwork paying homage to the 1996 fundraising shirts, special edition 110th anniversary magnets, and much more!
